Setting goal is the first step to change invisible into visible”

Clear target should be the number one priority for one who seeks success. The aim or goal should be depending upon your previous and practical experiences.

Take into consideration your plus and minus points and also your present position, before setting your goal. Either too little or too big goals do not serve our purpose and often we may meet with failure. For them, success is at a faraway distance. Hence proper selection of goals is highly essential .

Do what you want to do. If you don’t know where you are going you will end up someplace you don’t plan to be.

  1. Hard work

“Work hard in silence, let success make noise”

Success comes to those who work hard and hard work is the only key to achieving it; it teaches us discipline, dedication and determination. Hard work is definitely more important because it is only through hard work that we can achieve the goals of our life. Smart work, on the other hand, often leads to shortcuts and procrastination.

  1. Take responsibility

“Responsibility finds a way”

Take responsibilities of our own life and also our failures. Most successful people never complain about anything. Your energy is best spent in the present and in planning for the future. Don’t live in the past. Focus on moving without blaming others. You only decide what you want to do.

  1. Obsess with self development

“Investing on your own growth is self care”

Self development is taking steps to better you, such as by learning new skills or overcoming bad habits. An example of self development is taking courses at the university to learn new skills and interesting things. Without working on yourself you can’t be successful. We should grow. Be open and keep going onnever give up. Challenge yourself.

  1. Self discipline

“Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments”

Strong trait of all successful people is nothing else than self discipline. Self discipline is the ability you have to control and motivate yourself, stay on track and do what is right. One of the reasons we don’t have self-discipline is because we run from the hard, uncomfortable things. We would rather do the easy, comfortable, familiar things.

So instead of facing our hard, uncomfortable projects or finances, we run to distractions, videos, games. This running from discomfort is ruining our lives. An example of self discipline is when you make sure you get up an hour early before work each day for yoga practice. Change your perception about your own will power. Remove temptations to be self disciplined.

  1. Time management

“See the value of every moment”

It’s very important to manage the time well. When overwhelmed with too many tasks it creates stress when time is not managed .planning in advance days, weeks, months ahead knowing clearly to complete our work/job.

“Time management” is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities. Good time management enables you to work smarter – not harder – so that you get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressures are high.

  1. Take risks

“Take the risk or lose the chance”

The most successful people are always ready to take risks to win . Fear of failure will never let us be successful. Taking a risk to achieve a goal requires courage to face the fear of uncertainty. No matter the outcome, either way, we grow through the process and become more resilient and confident. Better yet, building those skills helps in taking more risks and improves the chances of achieving future.

Successful people are confident and can lead themselves, as well as others. They have their own vision and mission and seek to bring it to life on a daily basis. There are no shortcuts to achieve success in life. Believe in yourself, don’t fear change, and always think positive. No doubt each and every person can be a leader, a successful person.
